【课程名称】 《工程图学A综合实践》(2/2学分,春季)

[Course Name] Synthetic Training of Engineering Graphics A 2study weeks/4.5 credits, Spring Semester)

【教学目的】《工程图学A综合实践》是工程图学课程的一个重要实践教学环节,在《工程图学AI》、《工程图学AII》和《mg视讯CAD基础I》课程之后进行,是对工程图学课程所学内容的全面检验和强化。重在培养学生实际动手能力及零、部件表达和测绘能力;同时培养学生团结协作的团队精神和严谨的学习态度。使学生能够熟练掌握国家标准《mg视讯制图》及尺寸精度的有关内容,能熟练查阅有关的mg视讯设计手册和标准手册。使学生能正确选择表达方案、合理布图并能熟练地使用AutoCAD绘制二维工程图样、利用三维CAD软件进行零件建模及部件装配,提高学生的CAD应用能力和技巧、了解简单机器的拆装工艺。通过综合实践可以使学生受到比较全面系统的工程训练,目的是初步培养学生的工程设计能力。

[Course Objects] “Synthetic Training of Engineering Graphics A” is an important practical section of “Engineering Graphics” series courses, opened after “Engineering Graphics AI”, “Engineering Graphics AII” and “Fundamentals of Mechanical CAD I”, aim to fully check and enhanced the knowledge in “Engineering Graphics” series courses. Mainly to cultivate manipulative ability, representation ability and surveying & mapping ability of parts. Meanwhile, develop teamwork spirit and serious study attitude of students. After two weeks synthetic training, students will have development in the following aspects.

1. Have good command on the knowledge about National Standard “ Mechanical Drawing ” and the contents concern dimension precision. Proficiently consult related mechanical design manual and standard manual. Understand taking apart and assembly process of uncomplicated machines.

2. Make representation scheme correctly, reasonably locate views, and proficiently draw 2D engineering drawing with AutoCAD and model parts & assembly components with 3D CAD software. Improve CAD application capability and techniques.

In this course, students will get relatively full-scale and systematical engineering training. And their engineering design capability will be preliminarily cultivated.

【教学内容】 本综合实践共分七部分。主要包括了解工作原理及用途、确定拆装顺序及各零件之间的装配关系、对零件进行分类、确定标准件规格和类型、使用常规测量工具对零件进行测绘、选择合理表达方案画零件图、按指导书要求确定表面粗糙度和尺寸公差等技术要求、用AutoCAD绘制二维工程图样、利用三维CAD软件进行零件建模及部件装配并创建三维虚拟样机的轴测分解图。

课程:工程图学AI、工程图学AII、mg视讯CAD基础I等。

[Teaching Content] This synthetic training consists of seven parts. The main contents :

1Understand the working principle and purpose.

2 Determine the disassembling sequence and the assembly relation between parts.

3 Classify parts.

4To determine the standard specifications and types.

5Using conventional measuring tool for surveying and mapping parts.

6 According to the instruction to determine the surface roughness and size tolerance and other technical requirements.

7 Draw two-dimension engineering drawings in computer.  

8Using three-dimensional cad software to model the components and to assembly together, and then to create a three-dimension virtual prototype of axonometric diagram.

【授课对象】 本综合实践的授课对象为mg视讯工程、车辆工程、汽运工程、汽车服务工程、农业mg视讯化与自动化和包装工程的专业本科生。本课程要求授课对象先修下列课程。

[Target Students] The target students of this Synthetic Training mainly are the undergraduates in mechanical engineering, automobile engineering, automobile application engineering, agricultural mechanization and automation, packaging engineering. The preliminary requirement courses include Engineering Graphics AI, Engineering Graphics AII and Fundamentals of Mechanical CAD I.
