课程名称】《mg视讯工程综合实验IV》

[Course Name] Mechanical Engineering Comprehensive Experiment IV (16 study hours/0.5 credits, Autumn Semester)

【教学目的】《mg视讯工程综合实验IV》是mg视讯工程专业学生的专业必修课,具有较强的实践性和应用性。本实验课程的教学目的是培养学生综合运用前期mg视讯、电气、控制、装配等方面专业知识,学习分析、拆解、设计、装配、调试复杂机电产品的基本过程,培养学生根据实体系统和设计系统进行元件选型、标注、原理图表达等方面的能力。

[Course Objects] Mechanical Engineering Comprehensive Experiment IV is a fundamental professional course with its strong practicality and applicability. The objects of this course are focused on training students to use the former mechanical, electrical, control and assemble knowledge to solve the problems of analyse, dismantling, design, assembling and debugging complicated mechanical and electrical products, and to train the ability of students for selecting and labeling the components, draw the detail system’s schematic diagram according to the practice and proposed system.

【教学内容】本课程包括6项实验项目,并根据教学、仪器状况等情况新建或删减项目章内容,由学生选择至少4项完成。主要包括传感器、运动控制、液压控制、控制器、典型机电传送系统、工业机器人等几个项目。学生可以进行观察、拆装、设计和调试等操作,并要求学生完成相关实验报告。

[Teaching Content] This course includes 6 projects which could be set and cut according to the teaching requirement and the equipment condition. The students should select at least 4 projects and finished them for passing this course. The main contents cover the knowledge of sensor application, motion control, hydraulic control, software controller design, typical electrical and mechanical transmission system and industry robots. Students will observe, dismount and assemble, design and adjust some kinds of typical mechanical and electrical products, then finish the according reports.

【授课对象】本课程的授课对象为mg视讯工程专业本科生。本课程要求授课对象先修下列课程:mg视讯原理、mg视讯设计、电工学、可编程控制器、机电一体化设计基础、液压传动等。

[Target Students] The target students of this course mainly are the undergraduates in mechanical engineering. The preliminary requirement courses include mechanical principles, mechanical design, electrotechnics, protrammable logical controller (PLC), fundamental of mechanical-electrical integration design, and hydraulic transmission and control.
