【课程名称】 《mg视讯制造技术基础》(72学时/4.5学分,春季)

[Course Name] Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology (72 study hours/4.5 credits, Spring Semester)

【教学目的】 《mg视讯制造技术基础》是mg视讯类专业学生的主干学科基础必修课,具有较强的实践性和应用性,为将来解决mg视讯制造中的技术问题打基础。本课程的教学目的是培养学生掌握mg视讯加工工艺过程和装配工艺过程相关的基本理论知识和相应的技能,通过实践教学环节培养学生分析解决工程实际问题的能力和工程设计能力。

[Course Objects] Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology as one of the main professional fundamental courses for mechanical engineering students, together with its strong practicality and applicability, laid a solid foundation for solving the manufacture problems in future works. The objects of this course are focused on training students to master the basic knowledge and basic skills of mechanical machining processes and the assemble processes. Through the practical teaching sections, the students’ ability of analyzing and solving the practical engineering problems, and designing engineering projects can be also greatly enhanced.

【教学内容】 本课程内容共分七章。课程主要介绍了mg视讯产品的生产过程,mg视讯加工过程及其系统。包括了金属切削过程及其基本规律,机床、刀具、夹具的基本知识,mg视讯加工工艺和装配工艺规程的设计,mg视讯加工中精度及表面质量的概念及控制方法,制造技术发展的前沿与趋势。

课程:mg视讯原理、mg视讯设计、mg视讯精度设计基础、工程材料、材料成型技术基础和金工实习等。

[Teaching Content] This course consists of seven chapters. The main contents cover the knowledge of manufacturing process of mechanical products, mechanical machining processes and related systems, including the basic principles and processes of metal cutting, the basic knowledge of machine tools, cutting tools and fixtures. The design principles for mechanical machining process and assembly process, the concept and control of machining accuracy and surface quality, and the cutting-edge manufacturing technology and trends are also involved in this course.

【授课对象】 本课程的授课对象为mg视讯工程、车辆工程、发动机、能源与动力工程、汽运工程、汽车服务工程、农业mg视讯化与自动化和包装工程的专业本科生。本课程要求授课对象先修下列

[Target Students] The target students of this course mainly are the undergraduates in mechanical engineering, automobile engineering, automobile engine thermal energy and power engineering, automobile application engineering, automobile service engineering, agricultural mechanization and automation, packaging engineering. The preliminary requirement courses include mechanical principles, mechanical design, fundamentals of mechanical accuracy design, engineering materials, fundamentals of the materials forming and metalwork practices.
