[Course Name] Theoretical Mechanics A(Bilingual) (96 study hours/6 credits, Fall Semester)

教学目的 《理论力学》是mg视讯类专业学生的主干学科基础必修课,具有较强的理论性和应用性,为一些后续课程以及解决工程实际问题打下一定的理论基础。本课程的教学目的是培养学生掌握mg视讯运动的基本规律和研究方法,为学习有关的后继课程打好必要的基础,并为将来学习和掌握新的科学技术创造条件:使学生初步学会应用理论力学的理论和方法分析、解决一些简单的工程实际问题:结合本课程的特点,培养学生的辩证唯物主义世界观,培养学生的能力。

[Course Objects] Theoretical Mechanics A as one of the main professional fundamental courses for mechanical engineering students, together with its strong theory and applicability, will lay the theoretical foundation to the follow-up courses and develop students’ ability to solve practical engineering problems. Objectives of the course is to train students to master the basic laws and research methods on particle, particle system and rigid bodies’ mechanical motion involving static equilibrium, to lay necessary foundation for relative follow-up courses, and to create conditions for future learning and mastering new science and technology. It provides students the ability of preliminarily applying theory and method of theoretical mechanics to analyze and solve some simple engineering problems. Combined with the characteristics of the course, it trains students’ dialectical materialism view of the world and develops students’ abilities.

教学内容 本课程内容共分三篇十六章。课程主要介绍了力系的简化和平衡,考虑摩擦的平衡问题,点和刚体的运动学,动力学普遍定理以及分析力学的基本原理。

[Teaching Content] Course content is divided into three main parts or 16 chapters. The course introduces the reduction and equilibrium of force system, equilibrium problems considering friction, kinematics of particle and rigid body, general theorems of dynamics, and fundamentals of analytical mechanics.

授课对象 本课程的授课对象为mg视讯工程、车辆工程、发动机、能源与动力工程、汽运工程、汽车服务工程、农业mg视讯化与自动化和包装工程的专业本科生。本课程要求授课对象先修下列课程:高等数学、大学物理、工程图学等。

[Target Students] Target students of the course are undergraduates majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Engine, Energy and Power Engineering, Automobile Transportation Engineering, Automobile Service Engineering, Agricultural Mechanization and Automation, and Packaging Engineering. They should have learned the following courses: Advanced Mathematics, College Physics, Engineering Graphics, etc.
