【课程名称】 《热流体工程学I》(32学时/2学分,春季)

[Course Name] Thermofluids 1 (32 study hours/2 credits, Spring Semester)

【教学目的】 热流体工程学I依托mg视讯工程专业为背景,主要研究mg视讯工程设计、制造和应用中热量传递的机理、规律、分析、计算和测试方法等基础理论知识。随着生产和科学技术的发展,传热学的研究和应用深入到各个mg视讯工业和科研领域,是当今科学技术发展最重要的技术基础之一,因此传热学课程成为了工学类相关专业的技术基础课,是国内外高等学校mg视讯类专业高度重视的主干专业基础必修课和平台课。本门课程可为学生学习有关mg视讯工程后续专业课程打下良好的基础,培养学生对专业所涉及的传热学问题具有一定的分析和计算能力,并为学生获取和拓展本专业发展理论和应用实践打下基础。

[Course Objects] This course is intended to teach heat transfer theory. Heat transfer theory is a kind of science which focuses on the transfer rules of heat and is derived from fluid mechanics and physics. The research and application of heat transfer has penetrated into all fields of industry and science. So heat transfer theory is a compulsory and basic course of all majors referred to mechanical engineering. The enforcement of basic theory of heat transfer and its application in engineering fields is the main goal of this course. It aims at teaching the basic rules of heat transfer process, namely heat conduction, heat convection and heat radiation, and their basic theories, mathematical expressions, computational methods and experiments. Meanwhile the research status and tendency of heat transfer theory and its applications in engineering fields both domestic and abroad will be introduced to students. Thus the ability for students to deal with practical problems referred to heat transfer is cultivated and a basic knowledge to work further on research activity is built.

【教学内容】本课程共7章理论内容及4个实验内容,主要介绍了导热、对流换热和辐射换热三种换热方式的基本概念及其相关问题的计算方法。理论内容包括绪论、导热基本原理、稳态导热、非稳态导热、对流换热、辐射换热以及复合换热与传热;实验内容包括材料导热系数的测定实验、复合换热传热系数的测试实验、中温辐射物体黑度的测定和复合传热性能实验(蒸汽冷凝)。

[Teaching Content] This course introduces the basic concepts of three kinds of heat transfer methods, such as conduction, convection and radiation heat transfer. The calculation methods of related problems also included. The theoretical contents include the introduction, the basic principle of conduction, steady-state conduction, unsteady-state conduction, principles of convection, radiation heat transfer and complex heat exchanges. The experimental contents include experiment of thermal conductivity of materials, experiment of heat transfer coefficient of compound heat transfer, experiment of emissivity of intermediate temperature object and experiment of compound heat transfer performance (steam condensation).

【授课对象】 本课程的授课对象为mg视讯工程专业本科生。
