课程简介:mg视讯创新设计课程是一门以培养学生创新意识、启发创新思维和介绍创新方法的专业选修课。在教学过程中综合运用和总结归纳学生先修课的有关知识,结合新技术和新产品启发学生的思维过程,为学生进一步学习有关专业课和日后从事mg视讯工程技术工作及创新设计打下基础。本课程是对mg视讯类专业的学生进行素质教育和创新能力培养的一门主要课程。

本课程的主要内容是从创造学和设计方法学的基础理论出发,研究讨论创造性思维、创造原理和创造技法;针对开发型、变异性、反求型等各种类型设计,围绕设计中的mg视讯原理方案设计、机构设计、结构设计等环节,从各个角度广泛探讨创新设计的规律,具有一定的系统性。

本课程的任务是使学生了解创新设计的理论基础、创造性思维方法和创造原理;掌握创新设计方法,并能将其方法应用于mg视讯创新设计的实践。

在理论教学部分,主要讲授引言,创造性思维,创造原理,常用创新技法,原理方案的创新设计,机构创新设计,结构方案的创新设计,反求设计等内容。

在实验教学部分,主要有两项实验,一是参观创新设计展柜,这是认识性实验,使学生对创新设计有全面的了解;二是创新设计实验,是创新性实验,通过编程实践使学生对怎样用电信号来控制机件运动有所了解,进而对机电一体化有感性认识。

Course introduction

Innovative design for machinery is one of the compulsory course in cultivating students creative ability, inspiring innovative thinking and introducing innovative methods. Coordinating and summarizing relative prerequisites knowledge, combining the new technology and new products to inspire the students thinking. It lays a foundation of the further learning of Professional course and being engaged in mechanical engineering technology or innovative design in the future. It is one of the main courses for the students in proceeding quality education and cultivating innovative ability.

The main contents for this course is to research and discuss innovative thinking, innovative theory and innovative methods from creativity theories and design methodology. It is aimed at exploitative, variant, reversal etc. design. It is systemic and explores innovative design law around the design of theory of machines and mechanisms projects, mechanisms and structure etc.

The task of this course is to make the students understand the theoretical basis innovative design, innovative thinking methods and innovative principle, master innovative design methods and use the methods in the mechanical innovative design.

There are introduction, innovative thinking, innovative theory, common innovative methods, innovative design of principle project, innovative design of mechanisms, innovative design of structure projects, reversal determination, etc. in theoretical teaching.

Experimental teaching includes two parts: one is visiting innovative design cabinets. This part is an epistemic experiment and being aimed at make the students comprehensive understand this course. The other is innovative design experiment. This part is an innovative design experiment and being aimed at improve the students electromechanical integration perceptual knowledge by programming practice to control links.
