[Course Name]Numerical Control Manufacturing and Programming48 Hours/3.0 Credits, Spring Semester

【教学目的】训练学生数控编程和数控加工的能力,培养学生的实践动手能力和创新能力。通过本课程的学习,使学生在短时间内掌握数控机床、数控编程及数控机床操作有关基本知识;并通过实验增加感性认识,提高学生的动手能力。

[Course Objects] The goal of this course is to train students' ability of NC programming and NC machining, cultivate the students' practice ability and innovation ability. Through studying this course, this course will let students master NC machine tools, NC programming, numerical control system and its basic knowledge of programming and operation in a short period of time. Besides, through experiment, this course hopes to increase the perceptual knowledge of students and improve students' practical ability.

【教学内容】本课程以数控机床和加工中心为对象,结合当前世界数控产业的最新技术,研究数控系统的工作原理、组成部分、性能特点及数控车床、数控铣床、加工中心的程序编制方法。通过本课程的学习应掌握计算机数控技术的基本原理和基础知识,掌握数控系统和mg视讯结构,培养学生编程和加工的能力。本课程主要包括程序编制的基础、常用编程指令及数学处理、数控车床的程序编制、数控铣床的程序编制、加工中心的程序编制、数控系统基本原理与结构、数控机床的伺服系统、数控机床结构设计等内容。

[Teaching Content] The course Numerical Control Manufacturing and Programming  focuses on the subject of NC machine and machining center, combined with the latest technology of NC industry. From this course, students will learn the working principle, components, performance characteristics of numerical control system, and the NC lathe, NC milling machine, machining center programming method. Through studying of this course, the students should grasp the basic theory and knowledge of computer numerical control technology, numerical control system and mechanical structure. The learning process can cultivate students' ability of programming and processing. This course mainly includes the basis of programming, commonly used programming instructions and mathematical treatment, programming of NC lathe, NC milling machine and machining center, NC system basic principle and structure, the structure of the servo system of NC machine tools, NC machine tool design, etc.

【授课对象】本课程面向mg视讯科学与工程学院mg视讯类专业本科生。要求授课对象具备一定的制造理论知识,经过金工实习等专业实践,先修课程《mg视讯制造技术基础》。

[Target Students] This course is for undergraduate students whose major are mechanical engineering and related in College of Mechanical Science and Engineering. Students are required to have some theoretical knowledge of manufacturing and have metalworking experience. The prerequisite course is Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology.
