课程简介:液力传动课程是高等工科院校中mg视讯类专业一门重要的专业课程。通过教学使学生了解和掌握液力传动的基本原理、主要的液力元件的结构和性能、设计方法等。在教学过程中要综合运用先修课程中所学到的有关基础知识与技能,结合各种实践教学环节,进行mg视讯工程技术人员所需的基本训练,为学生进一步学习有关专业课程和有目的从事mg视讯设计工作打下基础。因此液力传动课程在mg视讯类专业的教学计划中占有比较重要的地位。

教学内容与要求:系统地掌握液力传动的工作原理和基本概念;掌握液力变矩器的工作原理和基本概念以及性能,并能够进行液力变矩器的设计计算;掌握液力偶合器与液力缓速器的工作原理和基本概念以及性能,并能够进行液力偶合器的设计计算;了解液力传动的新理论、新方法及发展趋势。

Introduction to “Hydraulic Transmission

Hydraulic transmission course is an important professional course of machinery majors in advanced engineering colleges. By teaching, students understand and master the basic principles, structure and performance of main hydraulic components, design methods of hydraulic transmission and so on. In the teaching process, basic knowledge and skills have been learned in prerequisite course are integrated used, basic training required for mechanical engineering technicians is combined with a variety of practice teaching, which lay the foundation for students to learn more about the professional courses and  have a purpose in mechanical design work. So the hydraulic transmission course has more important status in the teaching plan of mechanical engineering.

 

Teaching contents and requirements

Working principles and basic concepts of hydraulic transmission are systematically mastered. Working principle, basic concepts and performance of hydraulic torque converter are mastered, at the same time hydraulic torque converter can be designed and calculated. Working principle, basic concepts and performance of hydraulic coupling and hydraulic retarder are mastered, at the same time hydraulic coupling can be designed and calculated. New theories, new methods and development trends of hydraulic transmission are learned.
